The Community Research and Services (CRS) Division is always looking to hire talented UNC Charlotte students to conduct public opinion surveys via our computer-assisted telephone interview system (CATI). If you have excellent English speaking and reading skills, a clear and pleasant telephone voice, computer literacy, the ability to type 30 wpm, able to follow directions, reliable, and be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in the evenings, then we want you to join our CRS team.
